Christmas festivities so far...

My favorite season is here, the time to celebrate our Savior!!! It's CHRISTMAS time!!!! We have already started some festivities to prepare for this exciting time. As you read in a previous post, the decorations were almost finished but still lacking our main Christmas tree (bought it last night so pics to follow).

The Gardendale Christmas parade was on Thursday (Dec. 1st) night. Logan was able to get off early to meet us there. Last year Logan missed it, but this year we experienced the parade as a family! The parade started at 6pm but we had to get there early to get a good spot. Coco, Stryker, & I played in the car until daddy arrived. The parade kicks off with a big display of fireworks. Stryker would point & say "oohh, awwh". He wanted to stay lifted in the air during the parade so he could look down the street at what was headed our way! Stryker was wide eyed at the Gardendale cheerleaders, especially one blonde that came over to hand him a mini-basketball. He would not let go of that ball. See what I mean...he's going to be a handful when he gets older!

Stryker would not stop crying until he had both Logan & me in the picture. As you can tell, I had my scrubs on from work that morning but at least my guys looked handsome!

Stryker's wish list toy! Great choice, can't wait to buy us one in the future!

Another wish list item of Stryker's.

Don't we look good on this one?!

Our outside decorations are finished!!! It's hard to tell at night but there is a red/green big bow on our mailbox, lighted wreath on front door with red/green ribbon, 2 4' Christmas pre-lit trees next to front door, & 4 pre-lit Christmas trees lining the front porch. It looks great & Stryker loves all the lights!
