2011: Happy Halloween! - Part I

Stryker, Coco, & I rode the carosel at the Galleria while waiting to eat dinner at Mugshots Friday night before our schedule got crazy. See the details below.

Happy Halloween from the Green family! This year Halloween fell on a Monday but we had a many events to attend/host during this holiday weekend. It all began early Sunday morning. We woke up early in order to have a couple of hours to prepare for Krystle's baby shower (she's having a baby girl - Noah - at the end of November). Logan did the vacuuming while I prepared the grape salad & set out the dishes before getting Stryker ready for church as well as ourselves. We had to arrive at church early because this was my Sunday to be on the 1st responder team. I'm so blessed to have a wonderful church to attend & serve.

Diaper cake! This was my first one to make & it turned out better than I had expected. The shower was great! A special thanks to Lindsey Slagley for being a hostess (I can't forget to thank her precious little girls for helping as well).

After the shower, we packed the car & quickly headed to Oneonta. October 31st is grandmomma's birthday so we had dinner & a fall festival planned for that night. We met Logan's family at Pizza Hut to enjoy some pizza before the trunk or treat. The above picture is Stryker dressed from church on the way to Oneonta. All the churches get together in order to have a big trunk or treat for the children. It was great seeing Stryker with family & showing him off to people that helped raise Logan.
