Unfortunately, the dreaded flu has hit our home. LakeLynn was diagnosed this morning so daddy kept her comfy at home while I took off work early in order to get Stryker his flu shot. I opened my mouth a little too early...I promised Stryker yogurt from TCBY after his shot which he didn't get because the nurse allowed him to receive the flu mist! Oh well, a promise is a promise. I really enjoyed a special treat date with my buddy especially at a place where my mom took me as a child growing up in Homewood. After some mother-son bonding, I was able to snuggle with my daughter. Please tamiflu work quickly. Praying for healing & that the rest of my family stays healthy.
