I baked successfully!!!! My family welcomed the chance to try a new recipe, strawberry shortcake cheesecake. The recipe was changed a little with healthier substitutes but turned out extremely delicious!! Proud of my accomplishment. I did make brownies with ice cream for backup. Ha ha!
