LakeLynn & Stryker update

LakeLynn Green's 20 1/2 wk update: We're halfway through the pregnancy!!!!!

Baby Lake is growing & staying healthy! Praise the Lord for this precious baby girl. On May 24th (18 wks & 5 days), we were able to get a detailed sonogram along with DVD of Lake! It was added comfort to see first hand her heart beating & moving around. She waved to us again. My heart just melts knowing she's telling us that she's going to be okay. Thank you God for those little things. Currently at 20 wks & 3 days, I constantly feel baby girl moving in my tummy. She's following in her brother's footsteps for sure. Logan was able to feel her move for the first time this weekend. What an amazing time to see my husband place his hand on my belly, feel his daughter move, & say with a huge smile "hey baby girl, daddy loves you!" He's such a wonderful husband & father to our children. Her furniture should be delivered either the end of this week or next week. Then, we'll be able to pick out the bedding & paint. We are still contemplating her middle name. Hopefully, we can make a decision soon.

Stryker: 2 years & 3 1/2 months old

• goofball - You love to act silly.
• the terrible two's - You're doing well with being 2, only having a few fits. The times you get frustrated is when you want to do everything yourself (Mr. Independent), getting ready to take a nap or sleep at night, & when we tell you "no". These fits do not last long & you can be made to laugh quickly.
• watches Sprout channel in the morning as you're getting ready for school & at night when we're trying to calm you down
• FULL of energy ALL OF THE TIME!
• daredevil - you're still not scared of anything
• talking in sentences & saying a variety of new words
• 1 nap during the day - lasts between 30 min & 2 hours
• runs everywhere - not sure you remember how to just walk
• loves when mom & daddy are both with you
• asks for an apple to eat as we enter the grocery store
• eats mostly anything
• likes to kiss mom's belly & say "baby"
• still loves the water - bath & swimming pool
• wants to ride in mom's car all the time
• raises his hands during worship at church & will clap on beat
• wants to be outside all the time
• potty training continues: may have 1 accident at school every 3-4 weeks; able to potty train at home better when playing outside & can pee pee outside; still wearing diapers at night
• wears:
• size 5 diapers
• size 18-24 month shorts (mostly 24 months)
• size 3T shirts
• size 6 shoes
